As the marvelous year of 2010 passes by, we Zenith people embrace 2011 with full anticipation. At this very moment, I, personally as well as on behalf of the directorate would like to extend best wishes to you and your family for the coming New Year and our sincere thanks for the continuing support from all walks.

 Throughout the year, Zenith Steel has been unswervingly implementing the scientific outlook of development, optimizing products structure, consolidating foundation of development and thus has consequently scored great achievement. The industrial output breaches RMB 42.61 billion, business revenue surpasses RMB 50.17 billion, profit and tax exceeds RMB 1.56 billion, ranking the 185th of the Chinese top 500 enterprises, the 88th of the Chinese top 500 manufacturing enterprises, the 13th in the Chinese private enterprises, the 8th of the top 100 enterprises and the 5th of the top 100 private enterprises in Jiangsu Province.

Adhering to the policy of "Fineness, Excellence, Strength", our main steel business scored steady development through scientific plan and effective investment. To enhance the innovation capacity and optimize product structure, the group has successfully developed 700Mpa high strength debar, filling in the blanks of domestic market. Led by Gan Yong, the vice president of Chinese Academy of Engineering, the group dedicate themselves to develop high-tech products with high added value. Meanwhile, the restructuring of auxiliary business was carried out steadily with substantial progress in many relative projects. The comprehensive competitiveness of the group, therefore, has been significantly enhanced.

Zenith attaches great importance to environment protection and pursue sustainable development via clean production and recycling economy. The group has applied many advanced technologies in energy conservation and pollution reduction. By dry gas cleaning system imported from GEA Bischoff Corporation, now the dust emission can met both domestic and international standard. Another water recycling project has been initiated to save 15 million tons of water annually and protect water resource in the Taihu Lake valley.

Marching on the path of development, we have always been seeking strategic cooperation on the basis of equality, mutual benefit and win-win principle. We've established good cooperative ties with world-renowned iron ore suppliers such as BHP, CVRD and Rio Tinto, bought in shares of Shanxi Sunlight Coking Group Co., Ltd. and cooperated with Central Iron & Steel Research Institute to set up a research and application center as well. Thanks to these friendships, Zenith strided forward with great confidence and strength.

Whenever Zenith operates, quality is our first priority. Therefore we involve ourselves in technology innovation to ensure sustainable development. On the one hand, Zenith insists on deepening the product-upgrading, while on the other also applies new information technology to improve modern administration and most importantly, increases the inputs in environmental protection to effectively reduce the emissions.

The year 2010 also witnessed a big step in Enterprise Culture Construction. Upholding people-oriented administration, various kinds of trainings and colorful activities have been held to make our employee's life colorful, which greatly enhanced our integrity as a whole. Zenith TV was established to bring the latest news to every employee. The new enrollment this year added 4000 people to our group, largely promoting the harmony of the society. The group always shoulders its responsibility and makes contribution to the society, making donations to southwest drought region, Yushu Earthquake areas and Jiangsu Province Sports Meeting.

Looking into the future, zenith is about to open a new era of developing into a modernised, diversified and international group which highlights circular economy, advanced technology and impeccable quality. In 2011, we will spare no effort not only in R&D but also in environment protection. In 2011, at its tenth anniversary, Zenith Steel will make tremendous strides on the road to "Green Steel City".
